Sometimes Marjorie visited and was crying and couldn’t come inside. Other times Marjorie visited, she was glowing bright full of happiness knowing her grandchildren and great-grandchild were carrying on the family legacy.

What Did Janette Do?

1. Janette made it her mission to get money from the Trust, regardless of who she had to hurt.
2. Janette interfered with Joseph and Lucinda’s contract and future inheritance.
3. Janette intentionally breached Joseph and Lucinda’s contract with the Trust.
4. Janette failed to offer Joseph and Lucinda a genuine meeting of the minds before intentionally and recklessly unilaterally altering a valid contract.
5. Janette forced herself into the Trustee position.
6. Janette forced Denise out of her Trustee position that her dad Tom responsibly entrusted her with the other trust for nearly 20 years.
7. Janette convinced Marjorie that she misunderstood the contract she offered Joseph and Lucinda, even after Marjorie articulated her desires to David Taylor, John Martin, Brian Scott, and many others – AFFIDAVIT OF FACT – WISHES OF MARJORIE A. PUKA.
8. Janette convinced Marjorie that the 612 Property was not special, even though Marjorie and her husband built that house and spent the last 17 years of their lives together before Tom’s passing.
9. Janette convinced Marjorie to not care about the 612 Property or the family Marjorie asked to serve as heirs to the special property.

Why Did Janette Do What She Did?

1. Only God knows.
2. Satan tempted her and the straw finally broke.
3. Greed, anger, sloth, vanity, and/or envy.
4. Fear of poverty.
5. Her husband influences her to get money and/or destroy anyone else that they perceive as unfairly benefiting from the Trust.

How Did Janette Convince Charmelle To Join The Conspiracy To Break Joseph & Lucinda’s Contract And Remove Denise As Trustee & Beneficiary?

Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act, along with an intent to achieve the agreement’s goal.  Most U.S. jurisdictions also require an overt act toward furthering the agreement.

1. Charmelle didn’t like Andrea/Denise’s decision. 
2. Charmelle refused hospice nurse training on Andrea’s medicine and firmly believes Denise intentionally gave Andrea too much medicine as a way of speeding up her death. Registered Nurse Janette also believes Andrea was not dying from heart failure and muscular dystrophy, despite what all of Andrea’s doctors believe, Janette believes Andrea’s doctors are wrong without any evidence to substantiate her claim.
3. Charmelle got tempted by Janette and John Martin’s idea of getting from the Trust $2,000 per month or a lump sum distribution of $400,000 – equivalent to what they believe Joseph and Lucinda were unfairly benefiting.
4. Despite Charmelle receiving the Trust benefit of all her expenses completely paid for, Charmelle still wanted more money.
5. Charmelle didn’t have a job after Charmelle believed Andrea/Denise fired her. There’s disagreement about exactly what happened, however, bad feelings persisted from this misunderstanding. Denise apparently offered to keep her on the payroll, despite Andrea only wanting her “mommy” as Andrea was rapidly approaching death. Charmelle refused Denise’s offer to stay on Andrea’s pay roll, for whatever reason.
6. Charmelle was not happy that she quit her Nany job of many years just to be without a job.

Could Charmelle And Janette Have Done A Better Job Of Getting Revenge On Denise – If So, How?

1. Is it more hurtful to go after Denise or her kids? (Rhetorical question)
2. What’s more hurtful, name-calling or stone-cold shoulder silence & shunning? (Rhetorical question)
3. Two months after Andrea passes, Charmelle emails Joseph claiming Denise has mental health problems and that Denise murdered Andrea. Joseph responds with NO TRESPASS ORDER and a CEASE & DESIST ALL COMMUNICATIONS. Charmelle, next time, please tell this to the police, not to someone who recently lost their sister. Plus, Charmelle and Janette are in no position to preach morality when they conspired to divide the family for financial gain.
4. Not only did Charmelle and Janette steal Denise and Joseph’s inheritance, they point every finger at Denise for being 100% responsible for the situation we’re in. 
5. In addition to lying, deceiving, and fraudulently stealing Denise’s $1,000,000 inheritance at extremely sensitive family moments, they attempt to gaslight Denise & Joseph claiming that they’re worried about Denise’s mental health.
6. Charmelle and Janette unduly intentionally interfered with and intentionally broke Joseph and Lucinda’s contract.
7. Charmelle and Janette created a situation that prevented Marjorie from being with her granddaughter Andrea on her death bed. Thank God Joseph and Kevin could give Charmelle and Janette enough money to allow Marjorie a few days with Andrea before she passed away.
8. Short of physical violence, it appears as if Charmelle and Janette could not have outdone themselves.
9. Short of overt aggressive criminal behavior, it appears as if Charmelle and Janette could not have outdone themselves. 
10. Janette’s husband Kelly never apologized to Denise for threatening her life, and this was a BIG DEAL when Marjorie and Denise each showed me the text Kelly sent. And then, like nothing happened, the next week or so, Marjorie is best friends with Janette and Kelly, despite the death threat.
