Here’s the email that Marjorie Puka says she wants the money from the Puka private annuity trust to go into the irrevocable trust for Denise, Janette, and Charmelle.
This means she does not want to control her own money, she wants us girls to have it.
so does Puka actually want to control her own money or not?
Denise thinks it is Janette who wants the trust dissolved so her inheritance no longer goes into a trust at Marjorie Puka’s death.
Denise thinks Marjorie Puka could care less.
Janette is currently controlling Marjorie.
