Does it all actually belong to her?

While I agree that it “was” Marjorie’s money, before Marjorie decided to create an irrevocable trust and give all her assets to her three daughter — SPLIT EVENLY — between Denise, Janette, and Charmelle.

After Marjorie made the decision to forfeited her right to her assets (Section 1.04) and to have her assets transferred to the irrevocable trust, it was no longer Marjorie’s money nor was the 612 property Marjorie’s property — it was the trust’s property.

Marjorie’s trust team advised her to set it up this way to make herself look “poor” to avoid Medicare Recovery from taking her assets away from her three daughters, instead of it being EVENLY SPLIT between her three daughters.

Marjorie’s clearly told her trust advisors that she preferred to live in government assisted housing, instead of paying for a private room like Tony.

Marjoire agreed that she wanted all of her assets to go to her three daughters to be split evenly upon Marjorie’s death.

Marjorie agreed that non of her assets were to benefit her in her lifetime.

• Marjorie and Thomas had a DREAM of giving each of their three daughter $1,000,000 each when they passed away.

Marjorie explain this to a large team of trust advisors over a several month period of time.

Marjorie’s trust team asked her over and over and over if this is — for sure — what she wanted.

Marjorie and Thomas were very clear that they wanted to give each of their children one million dollars upon both of their deaths.

The Problem

I have no real problem with Marjorie flip flopping like a gold fish with tik-tok brain falling into imaginary holes in a padded room lined with 24k gold with a silver spoon in her drooling crusty mouth.

The only real problem I have is with the procedure and substance of the final results of her actions, while very likely to be influenced by Janette and Charmelle — why else would they avoid a true honest conversation — without lawyers.

Marjorie may have just wanted to seize control over all of her assets, despite all the initial dealing.

However, even though Marjorie did not care who she hurt or the real damages she caused, Marjorie does not have the right to cause real damages — and — get away with it WITHOUT paying for the damages Marjorie directly caused — IN FULL.

• Dear Lord, please grant Marjorie a long life so that she may witness the complete and just resolution of her actions.

The Final Straw

Furthermore, the straw that broke Joseph’s back was Charmelle’s email to Joseph explaining that Denise is mentally ill — AFTER — Marjorie, Janette, and Charmelle terrorize Denise after abandoning Denise in her weakest and darkest moment.

Charmelle’s email also explains how Charmelle believes Denise MURDERED Andrea – or – at minimum Charmelle, Janette, and Marjorie believe Denise was helping to speed up Andrea’s death with the assistance of hospice.

Janette directly and continuously contradicted Andrea’s doctor.

Janette believes she has total authority, over Andrea’s doctors.

The logical conclusion is that, despite Marjorie, Janette, and Charmelle unwavering belief that Denise was killing her child, Marjorie, Janette, and Charmelle did NOT attempt to stop Denise in ANY WAY.

If Marjorie, Janette, and Charmelle had knowledge of Denise murdering her child — and they did not do anything to prevent Andrea’s death — then Marjorie, Janette, and Charmelle must also be guilty.

• I was fully ready to let them unduly rob myself and Denise, however, you don’t get to take it all — AND — claim that you’re healthy while Denise is sick.

The sickest behavior I’ve ever personally directly witnessed and experienced from another human being, claims to be healthy?

No just God of any religion could side with sick people brag about their health — while dangling “health” in front of you — just to KICK you, when your already as low as you possibly can go.

• If Denise is sick — why do THEY refuse to produce any evidence?

Marjorie, Janette, & Charmelle Have Not Experience The Death Of Their Own Child — Denise Has

Marjorie, Janette, Denise, & Charmelle have NOT experienced the death of a sibling — Joseph has.

Come on guys.

It’s game is over right there.

For real people…

You know what’s right.

You don’t need me to tell you what’s right.

You know that ignoring us all the way to court — is not — what God wants for any of us.

Just say you’re sorry and we might be interested in signing a RELEASE AND WAIVER.

• You can either have ALL the money — OR — just say sorry for calling Denise sick.

You can’t have both.

Or can you?

If you want both — then a lawsuit series is necessary, just, right, and Godly.
