Sales essentially boils down to contracts.
Communicating it where both parties ACTUALLY agree.
Where there’s an actual meeting of the minds on all relevant terms.
I can’t even begin to explain how valuable LAW is in business and in life in general.
Pretty much everything you do involves agreement or contracts.
Whether written in ink or spoken in private between two people.
An essential element of a contract is a genuine meeting of the minds.
In life, business, work, etc… if you did not have a genuine meeting of the minds where there’s an understanding, then the contract is not valid.
You don’t have to do what you did not actually agree to, nor can it be enforced in a court of law.
