The amounts alleged were attorney’s fees that Plaintiff incurred.
They were neither accounting fees, nor fees incurred by the Trust. Further, the Trust has since been dissolved.
The Defendant has no knowledge of what the Plaintiff paid her attorney to do or how those fees were incurred.
These were privately incurred between plaintiff and her attorney.
