Dear Marjorie Puka, Diana Golay, Kelly Golay, and Charmelle Puka,
I am writing to formally notify you that you are prohibited from entering, crossing, or otherwise accessing my property located at Twin Falls, ID 83301. This No Trespassing Order is effective immediately and will remain in force until further notice.
The property in question is legally owned by me, and I have the right to control who enters and remains on the premises. As a result of your previous actions, I have reason to believe that you pose a threat to the safety, security, or peaceful enjoyment of my property and its occupants.
Please be aware that any attempt to enter or remain on my property without my explicit permission will be considered trespassing, and I will not hesitate to involve law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action as necessary.
To avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, I have posted “No Trespassing” signs at all entry points to the property.
