Re: Cease & Desist Order For Unwanted Communications
Dear Marjorie Puka, Diana Golay, Kelly Golay, and Charmelle Puka,
This letter serves as a formal request for you to cease and desist from all forms of communication with Joseph Powers, including but not limited to phone calls, text messages, emails, letters, social media interactions, and any other means of contact, effective immediately. Your unwarranted communications have caused me significant distress, and I have reason to believe they will continue to do so if not stopped.
Please be advised that any further communication attempts, either directly or indirectly through a third party, will be considered harassment. In the event that you fail to comply with this cease and desist order, I will not hesitate to report the matter to law enforcement authorities and pursue any available legal remedies.
This letter serves as your final warning to discontinue all communication with me. If you need to address any legal matters, please direct your communication to my legal counsel. Any other form of contact will be considered a violation of this cease and desist order, and appropriate legal action will be taken.
I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter without any further escalation. Please respect my privacy and refrain from any further communication, as outlined above. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
